Final payment: The remaining balance of your order is due 7 days prior to pick up/event date.

Non-Payment & Cancellations: Notifications of cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the pick up date. The deposit is non-refundable. However, you will have no monies owed to Lou Lou’s Cakery. If your balance is not paid one week before your event date, your order will be cancelled.

Pick Up & Delivery: Lou Lou’s Cakery is not responsible for any damage to the cake and or baked good after product has left Lou Lou’s Cakery. Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table and optimal environment of 75 degrees or below. Please note that direct sunlight and temperatures of 75 degrees and higher may have drastic and adverse effects on any cake or baked good.

Allergies: Lou Lou’s Cakery products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, soy, nuts and other allergens. You agree to notify your guest of the risk for any reactions. Lou Lou’s Cakery is not responsible for any allergic reactions to guest consuming the product.
